“Laryngeal clefts and webs are rare congenital malformations that can cause significant morbidity and mortality. The range of symptoms is wide but they can have deleterious effects on voice, feeding, and airway. Prompt diagnosis and multi-disciplinary care is crucial. Surgeons should be comfortable with endolaryngeal and open techniques.”
