Your Donation Will Help a Child

Join Us In Supporting the Laryngeal Cleft Community

Every day, children with a laryngeal cleft struggle with its impacts. Basic functions that most of us take for granted - drinking, eating, and breathing — are challenging for people born with this congenital birth defect.

LCN is the first nonprofit to serve the laryngeal cleft community, and we invite you to help make a difference. As a 100% volunteer-powered 501 (c)(3) organization, every donation goes directly towards supporting laryngeal cleft patients.

Help Ensure No Family Faces This Journey Alone

Children with a laryngeal cleft often endure months or even years of symptoms before finally receiving the right diagnosis. And even then, their journey is far from over. Families must navigate a new challenge: finding specialists who truly understand this rare condition. Many parents describe this time as overwhelming and lonely, with little guidance and limited support.
Your gift provides families with the information, assistance, and encouragement they need — so no one has to navigate this journey alone.

OUR IMPACT

Travel Grants

“The LCN grant was incredibly beneficial to our family, as it allowed us to stay overnight before our daughter's surgery. This relieved the stress of traveling in the middle of the night, especially with her early check-in time. — Nicole T.”

Education & Resources

“LNC brought tremendous support with not only resources to our family, but also emotional and educational support. I am beyond thankful to have found this community and cannot wait to become a more active member to help spread awareness.”
— Erika T.

Hero Journeys

“Just knowing that this is a resource is such a relief. My husband and I have felt so alone in supporting our son. Reading other children’s stories has made me feel so good knowing there are others who know exactly what we are, and have been, going through.”
— Addie S.

Family Support

“LCN has been a true source of family support during our second son’s laryngeal cleft journey. The community’s wisdom, compassion, and connections have carried us through our hardest moments and given us lifelong relationships.”
