Deb is a mom of three children including Markus, who was born with a type 4 laryngeal cleft in 1999. Deb has been a registered nurse for almost 20 years with an emphasis in pediatric homecare and clinical settings. Deb is a passionate advocate for those with disabilities. She, along with her son, Markus, authored his story of hope and inspiration in 2020. She enjoys playing the French horn in a community band, participating in book clubs, and loves all outdoor activities.
